Bleeding heart tetra with Dropsy

i have isolated him from the rest of the tank. i have read there i no cure, is there anything else i should do?

Stomach bloating, scales pineconing, eyes sticking out head

im nearly 100% sure its dropsy

Poor thing I'm really sorry. Once they pine-cone there's not much you can do. Some recommend kanaplex but dropsey is usually fatal.

thanks Lucy and Alex, had 3 other losses this week so il be glad to see monday

should i just leave him and let nature take to course? or do something about it? beacause i dont know if they suffer

That's a desicion only you can make.
Do a search on the forum for clove oil for instructions, if you choose to go that route.

I believe Nalagram (Naladixic Acid) by API or Any med which its primary ingredients is Oxolinic Acid may help if want to try. Hope its not too late.
