Help...I have "critters" in two of my tanks!!

I hope I put this in the right place...if not forgive me and put it where it goes. I have something that apparently came in on a new plant I got. Anubia nana gorgeous healthy plant did not even think about bugs or whatever. It looks like a little catapillar sort of yellowish green and kinda flat. And of course I put it in two different tanks neither of them being the QT tank. So far I have gotten 2 out of my 55 and 1 out of my 29. They are eating the leaves on the plants and they stick them together kinda like folding them over on themselves like a taco...the plant folded that is. I have had tanks for many, many years and this is a first for me. Very grateful for tweezers right now because I would have had a really hard time picking those things up....EWWWWWWW. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you get over run with them? I hope this is not the beginning of an infestation. EWWWWW EWWWWW EWWWWW. They do look like little underwater catapillars don't they. If anybody finds out what they are let me know and if I find out I will be sure to let everybody know just in case.

"Like all insects, caterpillars breathe through a series of small openings along the sides of their thorax and abdomen called spiracles. These branch into the body cavity into a network of tracheae. A few caterpillars of the family Pyralidae are aquatic and have gills that let them breathe underwater.[2] "
