Need to rid of internal prasites NOW!

I've been using Jungle Labs Parasite clear fizz tablets for ten days now and this medicine have not been as reliable as the last time I used it. No one's anus is red or swollen so I'm convinced its not C. worms, but two fish have been pooping white strings, fin flicking, and not eating. I'm going to start to feed some garlic soaked food, but other than that, i don't know what to do. Should I switch medicines? Any other reliable stuff out there that should clear this up?

A medicated food would be a good option. I think Jungle makes one.
The fish don't usually like it so you can soak the pellets in blood worm juice or garlic juice.

Have you tried GelTek UltraCure? I swear by the stuff to get rid of the IPs in my puffers. I've found Jungle's PC only moderately effective.

Look for something with Metronidazole in it. If you're not treating scaleless fish then Clout seems to work good, but it's dangerous to fish like cories, puffers, etc.
