3 goldfish is 2 too many for a 10 gal tank, You goldie is probably suffering from ammonia poisining you need to do a 50% water change ASAP and then you need to read about the nitrogen cycle http://www.fishlore.com/NitrogenCycle.htm

To keep goldfish successfully you really need a 20gal tank for the 1st fish and then 10 gals extra for each extra fish

Therfore your 3 goldies need a 40 gal tank to be able to live happily.

If you go here http://www.fishlore.com/Beginners.htm there is a lot of helpful guides to help you understand what is happening to your fish and why it is happening.

You don't list your water paramters but I agree wuth Jonah, it would be a good idea to do a water change.

And make sure you don't have a heater, goldies are cold water fish. If your tank water is abouve 72, they'll be unhappy.
