What meds did you use?
Most say to use a half strength for small & scalesless fish.
I'm using Ich meds by Jungle, and that warning is on the back.

I personally prefer coppersafe for ich and velvet...I always kill the fish with quick cure...lol...and coppersafe only needs to be added once and it is good for a month ( replacing what is removed with water changes of course)

So sorry to hear the loss of your fish, it is so devastating when that happens.

I would suggest if you think that you over dosed with meds, to do an immediate partial water change in the hopes that your other surviving small fish like the oto will survive. Then to proceed with a half dose if needed.
Best of luck

Now Ive only got the gouramis, otos, and 1 cory. 1 of the otos seems to be dying. The cory isnt active. Are the gouramis next to die?

When I used ick meds before I lost most of my cherry barbs and 1 glowlight tetra. The cory cats were unaffcted and the remaining 3 barbs went into hiding for a month. I thought they were dead . The glowlights also went into hiding but not as bad and only for a week or so . I kept doing frequent small water changes and fed less as most of the fish were not eating good. I thought I was going to lose the whole tank. After a couple of weeks the tetras started to act normal and after a month 3 cherry barbs came out. they were the skinniest fish you ever saw but they were starting to feed again and eventually made a comeback. ....good luck with you fish.

Thanks, my tank is now a kind-of wasteland, I have 4 fish. Half of them are scavengers. I did a water change and am going to get some new fish soon. Ill wait to make sure no one else dies.

yeah i'd wait on any new fish, i think what you might want to do is to put a carbon insert into your tank, that will take all of the meds out, and do a water change anyways (like you did ). then, if you still see ich spots on anybody, just raise the temperature (VERY slowly, maybe a degree per hour) up to 84 for two weeks, do thorough gravel vacs to get all of the spores up and keep an eye on everyone.

another thing, ich does show up on the body, but the majority of it is actually in the gills of your fish, so even if they only have a couple of spots on the body, they could potentially still be very infected.

also, do you have a quarantine tank? it's always a good idea to quarantine new fish before you put them into your tank, to avoid any diseases they may have caught from the store

I dont hav a quarintine tank, and by now, everyone who had ich is dead. The temp. is raised and I only have 4 fish left. Would a cory be extra vunerable because it digs in the substrate?

The cory is now dead, but everyone else seems OK. Its weird, because cories are not supposed to be vunerable. Do you think the meds could have been tainted?
