The best thing for ICH

I just found some white little spots on my fish. Most of them got them on the fins and some on the body. My guess is ICH. What is the best thing for Ich? I heard about Coppersafe. But . Help...

In my opinion, the best cure for an ich outbreak is to gradually raise the temperature in the tank to around 84°F, and leave it there for a couple of weeks. The increased temperature will kill the ich spores (and reduce the amount of available oxygen in the water, so an airstone would be a good addition if you don't already have one), and a thorough gravel vacuum will remove them after they die and fall off.

There are a lot of medications out there, but why use chemicals when you don't have to?

edit: I just looked at your aquarium info and noticed you have some type of invertebrates... avoid CopperSafe, in that case. Copper is toxic to many inverts, and you probably don't want to medicate the fish only to kill the other inhabitants.

aww that stinks!! mathas gave awesome advice..is it your community tank? dont medicate if you dont have too...most meds will destroy the cycle..but if its severe, then you would need another step...

Thanks. Is the same tank from the video that you replied earlier. It sucks cuz is the first time that the tank looks this clear. I hope it gets better soon. It wasn't like this yesterday i think but again we were out most of the day yesterday doing the grocery shopping. BTW I found a 120 gal tank with stand and wooden hood for $100 it has a crack but I'm going to check it out and buy a piece of glass and fix it. Maybe I make a jump into the salty side. Thanks again.
