As Kate said, each med should have info on water changes, light preferences, etc... when using the meds.
I have not heard of that brand of medication.
Don't forget to go through the entire medication regimen. Failing to do so can leave the cysts dormant in the substrate, and they can open up after the meds are out of the tank, hitting the fish when they're still recovering (more than a few folks have lost their fish to this secondary infestation of ich).
Also, if you've had more than one outbreak of ich, you may want to start looking for the cause. Ich normally doesn't affect fish unless they are stressed (like with
nitrate poisoning, or a too-small tank) or the ich is being introduced in large quantities (such as when unquarantined fish are put directly in the tank).
