Your welcome

Do the spots look like grains of salt? If so it's probably ICH which can be fixed by increasing the temp slowly to 83-84F. Leave it there for at least 2 weeks. Increase aeration to make up for the lack of oxygen in warm water and vacuum the gravel really well to get rid of the spores.

Do you know your readings for ammonia nitrites and nitrates?
Stress can often times bring on illness. It looks like your tank was very overstocked.
With the amount of fish you have you should consider returning some or investing in a 20 gallon tank.

Good luck

Your advice on overstocking is very different to what I have had from suppliers here in Scotland!!!! Only 2 tetras left!!!!!
Nitrates 10 nitrite 0.
Changing water regularly, vacuuming gravel.
Any more advice??
thanks again

Oh, I'm sorry, I saw your aqaurium info and it lists 14 fish. I'm sorry you've lost so many.
Do you know your ammonia reading?
Be wary of advice that storekeepers give.
A guidleine is 1" of small fish per gallon of water, calculate the adult size.
This guideline doesn't work for all fish, like you couldn't put a 5" fish in a 5 gallon tank. You have to take into consideration swim room and the bio load of each species.

Once you get rid of the ich, you should only add one or two more tetra, depending on the species.

Good luck and keep us posted.
