I'm not sure I understand your question correctly.

Was your fish full of fungus? How long was it left in the tank since the time it passed? Are other fish showing sings of fungus?

What size tank do you have?
What are the readings for ammonia, nitrites and nitrates?
How many and what kind of fish are in the tank?
