Ick!! tiger barb has Ich!!

What should I do? My tiger barb has ICH- little white spots all over him. I have heard raising the temp/ more water changes helps??

Yes, slowly raise the temp to at least 82F (I'm pretty sure... maybe 84, lemme check) and do daily water changes using a gravel vacuum to suck up the spores.

EDIT: the article written here says 85-88F.
And, forgot to mention, you should also increase aeration by alot, since warm water holds less oxygen.

Thanks pfp, I have an extra 12 inch airstone I can use. Will the other gouramis I have In there be harmed by the temp??

You'll need to keep all of them in there, because even if there's no signs, they are still infectious. Your gouramis should be fine. Just be sure to raise the temp slowly over several days so you don't shock their systems, and leave it at full heat for at least two weeks.
