Fungus?

One of my Serpae Tetras started to develop white spots on his head. I treated it as ICH, turned up the temp to 84 and hoped that none of my other fish would get sick. After a few days, I realized that the small white spots turned into a larger patch of white fuzziness. Could this be fish fungus? None of my other fish have any symptoms.

My tetra hasn't been eating, too. Can someone help?

It sure sounds like a fungus. If no one else is showing symptoms, he should probably be moved to a quarantine tank and treated with Rid-Fungus or Fungus Eliminator.

Hmm. The only other tank I have besides my 10gal is a small 1 gal tank. Do you think that would be okay?

Not ideal, but better than the other fish being infected, do you have a small heater for it?

I've used a 1.5g before.

Edit: If you use the 1g this will come in handy:

it sounds okay, just try to let him back in ur tank when you are SURE he is better because in my experience with fish, i put them in a 5gal hospital tank and they would hide their symptoms and then they looked bad again after a few minutes!
