Can people get fish sick?

Just a random question. Is it possible for disease to transfer from human to fish? Should we be careful working with fish if we have a cold or whatever?

It is possible for fish to become ill by handlers introducing bacteria into the water accidentally by not properly washing before feeding, cleaning, adding decor, etc.

I think the articles presented would be if the fish ate a person. The articles deal with contamination getting people sick,by eating contaminated fish. Not the fish getting sick because of people.
