man that cant be good. the cory could be ICH, how long have u had the leopard daino? it could be prgnant. You are also way overstocked. i cant say anything about the giant though. good luck!

Your tests should not be showing any ammonia or nitrites in a fully cycled tank. Are you on city water or well water?

White cottony patches usually are indicative of bacterial infection.

With what have you been feeding the fish?
How often do you do waterchanges?
What kind of algae eater do you have? Is it a plecostomus or an otocinculus?

First your tank isn't cycled and it's way over stocked which means you need to do daily water changes. Ammonia and nitrites are toxic to fish in any amounts but you need these to cycle your tank so you see how difficult it is to cycle a tank with fish in it.
Do the daily 25% water changes and lets see what happens. Doing the water changes will slow the cycle down but they must be done for your fishes sake.

your water cant be fine with ANY ammonia or nitrite readings...daily water changes with some prime if you can find it will help your fish until you figure out whatelse is going on !
