One of my mollies gave birth to 24 babies about 2 weeks ago. A week later I noticed that she might have had curvature of the spine and this white stuff on her head. Actually, I don't know how to treat the curvature of the spine. So, I treated her with Maracyn (erythromycin) for body fungus and Maroxy for true fungus. A few days later, her spine came back to normal. I have treated her for 5 days, but she still has got this white stuff. Should I continue? Any ideas? The water readings are fine.

Does she eat & swim normally?

When she had the "bent" spine, she hardly ate and stayed at the bottom. But now, she swims and eat just like the others.

I think I saw some other mollies which has this white stuff on their head at PetSmart, but I'm not sure if they are the same as my molly.

Sounds like, for now at the least, she doesn't need more meds. As long as her behavior and appetite are normal, I would just keep an eye on her and hopefully she'll just be fine from here on out.

Thanks for your suggestion, COBettaCouple. I don't think I'll repeat the med for a while.

At least, I'm glad that she doesn't have the "bent" spine anymore.
