I have tried starving them for a few days then feeding them the med food, but nope. They are spoiled fishies.
They are eating everything BUT the medicated food.

Might want to try crushing the food a little. It's really sad that don't carry meds for this, going through the same thing and I had a hard time even finding the food. Seems to be working for my swordtails but my oscars don't like to eat it.

I do crush it, even mush it up in blood worm juice. They won't eat without actually worms in with it. I am thinking on ordering Entice, the additive use for fussy eaters.
I am too the point where it's been so long with my male angelfish, he may have to be euthanize. But he looks fine besides the thread hanging out his butt. My female has not show any signs of having an infestation, yet.
It's really tough call. Do I kill them or take care of them until they get really sick? I am mostly like going to take care of them until they die...unless another cross contamination happens.
I have been really careful not to forget to disinfect everything that goes in the angel tank. And not to go in their tank very much.

Allie, how's it going. I hope it's not to late, try rubbing some garlic onto the food or even some paprika. Well my 3 sick Angels are gone. I tried everything, even as far as epson salts bath(everyday for about a week and no poop at all) and that's when I noticed looking down into the 5 gallon bucket that they looked a bit deformed, shaped like the letter S, which leads me to believe they had swim bladder disease.

Nope, the male angelfish is still kicking...but his anus is really swollen with worms still coming out. Female still looks unaffected.
