My poor neon.

Well you know how my tank says I have 3 neons?? well I have four, only the fourth one has a seriously deformed spine, a very dramatic S shape. I honestly don't know how he is still alive, because I never see him eat, he has stayed hidden enough to the point I thought he was dead and disappeared, and I don't know what to do.

He has been coming out and swimming around, He can swim just fine, but I imagine he is in a lot of pain, should I just let him live it out? or get some euthanasia medications?

I tried to get a picture but the camera won't focus.

i would let it live out, it probably won't live very long anyway.

The curved spine usually indicates a vitamin/mineral deficiency sometime during growth, usually vitamin c.
i personally would just let him live his life out

If I gave him Vitamin C then would it maybe reverse it a little bit? or help him survive longer?

Was he like that when you bought him? Or has he gradually become deformed? If the former it may just be a birth defect...if the latter it may mean an improper diet (like Carol said, a deficiency in something...). I'm not sure if improving the diet would reverse the damage or not, but it would certainly keep it from progressing.

I have one who has a slight curve to it's body...lol He ( or I think maybe a she as it is plump) seems to function just fine.

yes but, this isn't a slight curve, it's very dramatic spine curvature. VERY dramatic, I'm surprised he can still swim straight and not in little circles.
