baby fish mystery illness

Hello I need some advice on what is happening to my danio fry, they are critically ill, and are starting to fade. I have a breeding net which contains 4 danio fry approximately 4 weeks old, they are still very small and I have kept them in the breeding net which is housed within the aquarium. Their diet was intially liquifry, and after about a week or so I moved them on to first bites fry food. All was going reasonbly well although they werent growing very fast, I was feeding three times a day a small pinch each time. However 2 days ago the first fry got sick and remained almost motionless at the bottom, and I noticed an almost transparent appearance, discolouration. well this morning another has vanished completely although in a sealed net, and now the other two are showing the same symptons, discolouration and lying on the bottom. I had 4 samll snails in the net to assist with cleaning, but i have removed them as a precaution, please please please help me understand whats happening here, many thanks for your time.

Are the fry big enough to see any other physical symptoms? Are they all eating well? Are any of the adult fish in that tank showing any strange symptoms? Also how big is the net? If it's too small could be they're stressed.

more information

well the adult fish seem fine, and the net is one of the larger traps, which gives them quite a large amount of space. My intention is to move them to their own tank but its just they are still so small. The main symptons appear to be a loss of colour and a tendency to lie at the bottom, but one is exibiting a slight curve in its body. I did wonder though about my feeding routine firstly is three small feeds a day enough, and is the fist bites by hikari enough. I know that some people introduce flake food much sooner. Also as a precaution i did a 20% water change yesterday but that hasnt helped, incidentally temperature is 24 perhaps. So the main symptons are loss of colour, and lying on the base of the net rarely moving.

It sounds a lot like internal parasites and something like that would affect fry first. Have you noticed anything odd with the adult fish, such as clear or white poo?

What are the current ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels?
