Worms?

Its not necessarily a disease, but in my plant quarantine tank there are these were these almost microscopic dots on the glass. Now they have grown bigger and look like EXTREMELY small worms! They move around and there are thousands of them. Any ideas?

Well the general consensus around here seems to be planaria for those things....lol....from what I understand they are harmless and a few planaria eating fish will take care of them . They are caused by overfeeding I think...good luck.
