Pop eye problem, please help

One of my Serpae tetras had a eye popped out 3 weeks ago, exactly like the picture related to the pop-eye disease. But as it was only one eye, I left it untreated for a week. But there was no improvement. So, I treated him with Melafix for a week with no improvement. Therefore, I stopped the treatment. But now, after another week, the other eye seems to be popping out a little now, not as much as the first eye. What should I do?
BTW, it's back with other fish now. Should I isolated him again? All the other fish seem to be OK.

I'd treat him with Triple Sulfa.
