You need to test the water, and see if there is any ammonia or nitrites. Angelfish are quite sensitive to any toxins in the water.

Post the results, and people can then make suggestions.

The temp is also a bit low, and the goldfish shouldn't really be in there.

Yes, it's high, you're aiming for 0 on ammonia and nitrites with some nitrates showing.

I would do an immediate water change.

HI, WELCOME TO FISHLORE!

You are very right! 5 Nitrite can kill your fish.....first thing to do is a 50% water change right away, be sure to use conditioner like Prime when you do the change....It sounds like your tank isn't all through the cycle yet, so you will need to do a 50% change every day until the nitrite comes down....when it reaches 1 or 2 that could be decreased to 25% changes.

Once your ammonia and nitrite drop to 0 then you just have to maintain your tank with water changes to keep the nitrates below 20 and your fish should be fine....

I also agree the goldfish needs a different tank, it is never a good idea to keep tropicals in with cool water fish...both are more prone to sickness.
Good Luck

If you are not sure about how safe the larger water changes will be, you can do a 25% change then turn right around and do another 25% change....but I am quite serious, if you want to save your fish, especially the angel, you need to get the nitrites down....

It is a long process to do a cycle with fish, and a lot of work. If you want instant cycle, even now you can use bio-spira or Turbo700 to seed your tank and save all the water changes over the next few weeks....
