Should I quaruntine fish with ich immediately once I found out? or should I leave it in the same tank and give the whole tank the treatment? I have done all of the above, still my platy fell victim to ich. My water is close to perfect with almost 0 Nitritt, 0 ammonia, and hardly Phosphate. What else has gone wrong?
I really do need help from an expert on ich.

If you do the heat treatment, you don't have to use medications. You DO however have to keep the temperature up for over 2 weeks.....This gives the parasite time to go through its life cycle, which has several stages, only one of which is susceptible to being killed.
You stated you have nitrite? Any nitrite is toxic to fish, and will stress them, if there is the ick parasite in the tank they will get it, when they are stressed from water conditions. You didn't give the reading for Nitrate....this is less toxic, but high levels can still be hard on your fish. The water changes should deal with both these issues, but if you have any nitrite, the changes should be every day, not every other. Good Luck
