Angelfish not eating and secluded

I have 2 angelfish, i noticed that they were fighting a bit but nothing major. Both have been eating and acting fine. This weekend the smaller one has been hanging in an upper back corner of the tank away from the other fish. He has not been eating and seems lethargic. I also noticed there is a white trailing string coming out of it, doesn't look like regular fish poop, just a long semi transparent string like thing. I don't want to lose him but it seems that if he doesn't start eating it will be a goner.
Water is good, Am = 0, Nitrite = 0 and Nitrate = 5-10, just did a water change. Tank = 50 gallons, Tank mates: 1 Krib, 1 other Angelfish, slightly larger, 3 danios, 6 small zebra danios, 2 parrotfish.

Thanks for any advice.

Parasite Clear or Clout would be what I'd recommend to treat the internal parasites.

Fish Protector, Vita-Chem and Garlic Boost or Garlic Guard - any of those would be a general help to your angel and good for the other fish as well.

Hi cobettacouple...ive seen you recommend dipping things in garlic juice ...whats that purpose as far as fish health?

Garlic works as an appetite stimulant for fish and also is good for fighting and preventing infections. It helps strengthen their immune system.

Oh ok!! so would it be wise to soak ALL fish food in some garlic juice?

I've not tried that, but if Rose says that's a good idea then I'd agree with her. Soaking food in Vita-Chem is also good for the fish. Rose is the one who taught me about garlic and vita-chem for fish.
