Sick Black Phantom

My female black phantom has just balloned up. Her belly has grown very fat just now. I presume it's a female as she has redish bottom fins. I tested water and nothing out of ordinary. This has happened not long after i just fed the fish. I don't think she/he is pregnant as still quite small but has grown ALOT in past few months and she is the one and only Black Phantom.
This fish is with danios and serpe's. A while ago some danio's had white mouth fungus but don't think that should make any difference as they were moved into different tank where the two are still being treated.
Can anyone help please, their in a 29G with weekly 25% water change (was just about to do it when saw fat fish) only meds i have are melafix and rid fungus.
Ph at around 7. 0 Nitrite and very little nitrates. Temp@26.
Any advice welcomed

Is her appetite and behavior normal? What's her normal diet? Do you see any change to her coloration or breathing?

Her appitite is bigger than normal as she has grown bigger than the serpae's she's managed to boss them about and get more food. Her behavior is pretty normal just swimming about as normal no lethargy or signs of distress or skitishness. Her breathing is looks normal not gasping for air or anything. Her throat looks slightly narrower but think thats just because her belly looks so big. No change in colour still shiny silver with jet black fins and bright reddish hue.
Thanks for the quick reply.

Oh btw her diet is tropical flake food (not the cheapest) twice a day and the occasional treat of frozen bloodworms once a week.

Hmm.. I really can't think of anything to treat her for. She sounds healthy, just fat.

Maybe there's a chance of constipation if she's not pooping - some tiny pieces of thawed, frozen, peeled pea may help if so.

Do you have a pic of her that you could post?
