missing fish body parts!!

something is wrong with my tank. I had a silvertipped tetra that had it tail pulled/ripped off, a loach that somehow got huge scratches on his face and now a danio whos bottom jaw is hanging on by a thread. The tetra and loach died, but the danio is still living. I have a reg 55 that all those were in. I have 2 pengiun biowheel 200 filters, a 400 watt heater (dont know the brand) plastic plants, driftwood, smooth river rocks, and a course sand substrate. Would any of these cause that kind of damage? What should I do with the danio? Im really frustrated because I try to do the best for my fish and they just seem to keep dying

What other fish do you have in the tank?

I think it sounds like aggression by a larger fish. Do you have a pair of angels in the tank?

The poor danio is hungry and cant get any food! In the tank are danios, silver tipped tetras, and a honey gourami fry ( about a 1/2 inch long) so what would do this and how do I feed the danio?

His injury is going to make it hard for him to eat. Perhaps liquid fry food or small soft floating food like daphnia would be a way to get food into him.

sucess!! the fry food would float so I took a algea wafer and crushed it to a powder and put it in a plastic contanior and put in the fish and she seemed to perk up. I did it again in the morning and again this night and she is back to schooling and seems better, just lookes a little off.
