Scales falling off my adult Mollie Pls Help

Hi All,
What would be some causes of a Molly's scales coming off on the top of her head? This has been happening off and on for awhile now. Then what seems to be a cotteny fungus grows on the place where the scales fell off. I have used Pima fix and Mela Fix in the past and it seems to go away but then comes back again. This time I have been trying Para guard but it doesnt seem to help. Water and levels are good and water changes get done every week. Tank (29 gallon) has been established for a year. Not over crowded as I only have 4 adult female Mollies. I test water every week. I dont know why this keeps happening to her. She acts fine and is eating like a pig as she always does. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Have you tried treating her with Rid-Fungus? I would recommend it since it's safe to treat the whole tank and you can really treat her as long as it takes with it. Also Garlic Boost or Garlic Guard along with Vita-Chem and Fish Protector can all help with scales regrowth.
