Hi, I've had a black molly since July and for the first month or so she was fine but ever since that point she has almost consistently had ick. I treat it, and she gets better then after a short period of time it comes back. Also any times I do a water change, no matter how small, and she gets ick, or it worsens. I check the water chemistries on both and they are fine and the temperature is the same so it shouldn't be causing any real stress. Does any one have any clue? I dont like having to medicate her this much and it is difficult to have her and other fish at the same time.

Do you have a heater in her tank? Ich tends to pop up in cold water and the treatment for it is to keep the tank temperature steady at 82-84 for 2 weeks, combined with partial water changes and cleaning the substrate - where ich cysts can be.
