is my cory sick or dieing

my cory is old and he is always flipping over on his back when hes not in a cave to lean against is this his way of dieing or is he sick??

It could be an indication of both. My albino cory did the same thing for weeks, and I tried to net him a couple of times thinking he had finally passes and then he'd swim away. Is his belly bloated?
