Pop Eye on Cardinal Tetra

I have had a number of cardinal tetra died from pop-eye, does this mean the whole tank can be treated without effecting the other fish? Or does just the cardinal tetra have to be treated?

And what is the best way to treat the fish and the best product?

http://badmanstropicalfish.com/articles/article26.html - this article may help with treatment. The tetracycline is probably easiest to find and can be found in the gel form by Gel-Tek.

Can tetracycline be added to the tank with all the other fish? Or will it harm the other fish?

It would be best if you had a small tank to treat your affected fish in. I'm not sure, but i don't think it will hurt healthy fish, but might build a resistance to tetracycline in them.
