I have a white skirt tetra. I've noticed 3 little white dots on its tail fin and I am assuming it's white spot. I've already raised the temperature slightly to about 86 degress for about a week. No other fish seem to have the spots, but my white skirt tetra still seems to have those 3 dots. Is it possilbe that it is not white spot at all

It may be part of its coloration but I would leave the temps up for the whole 14 days that it takes to kill the ICH cysts.
