After I used Melafix the water got really bubbly. Is this normal?

What's melafix? I've never heard of it. Is it supposed to help cycle your tank? Or is it chlorine remover ((my tap water sometimes bubbles a little when I use the chlorine remover))

Stradius011 - I assume you meant kind of foamy on top of the water? What are you treating?

I am treating fin rot for my guppies and I just read that it is normal when I saw the "peel back for more instructions."

Well, I've read many medications will cloud the water - if that helps anything. Once the treatment is finished and enough water changes are done, there shouldn't be a problem.
