since the big move to the apt my two plecos seem alittle pale. the big one has some pale patches on his back. Normally this goes away soon but I am sure it is stress related and I do not know how to help that.

Give them plenty of hiding places and watch your water parameters and they will be fine.
I think this is pretty normal.

Yeah, just keep up the water changes. It sounds like stress which should pass.

Yeah the water changes should help. They are such poo machines water quality can go down hill fast. Let us know how he gets.
