gourami :(

my red gourami and a small white spot on its top fin. im not sure what it is because its the only one. im watching it like a hawk tho. can anyone help?

Dos it look like a grain of salt? are there more over the body. Could be ich, raising the temp to 85F will help if it is ich. Angels prefer a little warmer tank so this won't make it uncomfortable.
