Help!! my african dwarf frog is bloated and floating at the top of the water :[[[[[[[[[[

I think he is dying but he is still kicking!
whats wrong with him??!?!?!

PS...There is something sticking out around his tail area it is red!!

What is his usual diet? That could be an ulcer and he sounds constipated, but I've never had an ADF. I'm not sure, but perhaps melafix for the ulcer and pea pieces or daphina for the constipation is what my first thought would be for the little guy.
