Ich is gone, now 1 /3 Platy is severly bloated

I just finished treating for ICH with "API Super Ich Cure" and with 82 degrees water. The visual Ich disappeared after 24 hours but I did do the full recommended treatment ( 2 x 48 hrs) and kept the temperature "around" 82 for about 7 - 10 days although I didn't have to raise it for that long (only for the 2 x 48 hour treatment and even then it was optional).

I have 3 Platy in a 10 gal. tank. 2 Platy's seem fine , eat fine, swim fine. Seem happy. The third is severely bloated. The abdomen is inflated but his color seems fine and the scales seem fine. Dorsal fin is normal (up). He just hovers behind a plant about an inch or two above the floor. He does try to eat a bit (very little) and spits it out (and in and out ). The stomach looks like a baloon.

Is this a bacterial infection and if so will my other Platy's get it ? I.e. should I treat the whole tank (10 gal) ? With what ? It's a 10 gal and I don't have a filter for my old 5 gal. (not in use).

What do you think the bloating could be ?

for ich, they reccomend u leave the tank above 82 for at LEAST 14 days, because thats how long it takes ich to go through the whole life cycle.

for the platy, i would try feeding him peas, this usually helps them with any constipation they are having.

thats all i can think of, im sure sombody else will be able to help

Do you mean frozen peas ? Peeled and crumbled ?

He seems to be getting worse quite quickly. Where his head ends and belly begins it is now almost at a 90 degree angle.

Update to the situation. The bloated platy is producing long whiteish stringy fesces. Any suggestions on what to do ? Will my other fish get this as well ?
