Everybody panics the first time they encounter an illness. It's normal.
Raising the temp is good, and if nobody has suggested it here, I would put some fresh
AC into the tank for an hour or so to get the remnants of the ich cure out of the water. I'm not a big fan of medicines when they aren't necessary.
Some vitachem will help your fish's bodies stay strong enough to survive the infestation, as will high-quality food. (I suggest OmegaOne or homemade)
As Peterpiper said, I wouldn't worry with the salt.
The advantage of the high temp cure is that it attacks the cysts, rather than the parasites. This may take a longer time, but it also means that the current parasites are the last generation that will hatch from the cysts.
