my daughters molly has mouth fungus i put him in the hospital tank and dosed him with melafix last night he looks much better today only a little spot left compared to last night he looked like someone glued cotton to his mouth(lips).. the bottle says to dose daily for 7 days do i add more meds in everyday or just leave him in the hosp. tank for 7 days ive never had to medicate before so help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

He needs more medication every day for each of 7 days before you do a water change. If the filter still has its carbon in it you will have to remove the carbon part of the filter. It removes medication from the water. After the medicating is over you can replace the carbon. If the carbon is in the filter bag (I do not know the type of filter she has) just empty the carbon out and put the rest back into the filter.
