My Angels are dying

My 40gal tank has been set up for 1.5 yr now and the angels have (had) been in there 1yr. I recently had an angel expire due to what I'm not sure. It just started floating upside down(probably due to some swim bladder problem) and died. I waited 2wk and bought another angel to keep my remaining angel company and 3 days later it did the same thing. I recently did a 30% water change, added salt(which I was taught to do at the pet store I worked at), and chlorine remover, and now my remaining angel appears to be covered in something that looks like thick white spider webbing. I'm not sure if it is due to irritation from the salt or if it has some fungus growing on it. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate them. By the way the pleco, catfish, tetra, and barbs are all doing fine.

I'll go try to get a good one.
It may be tomorrow well, later today before I can get it posted. I'm having trouble getting any pics to post to the site.

Welcome to Fishlore.

It does sound like fungus and I'd not put salt in with an angel.

You'll need to test the ph, ammonia, nitrites and nitrates with a liquid testing kit. I'd recommend going to Prime for the water conditioner and treating him with Rid-Fungus. Lowering the temp to 80F would probably be good.
