I just wanted to share the fact that I got this great new book yesterday called manual of fish health off Amazon and this book is amazing..It tells you dang near everything about every fish disease you can think of. I have no afiliation with them whatsoever I just find the book to be so useful that I wanted to share. as an example of something I have learned from this book lets go with ICH...ok maybe some of you know this but the ich is not directly on the skin, it is under the skin and the white spots are cysts cause by the parasite they divide many times and exit the cyst. When the parasite leaves the fish it leaves an opening for other things like fungus which is why many times you will get a secondary infection on fish after you kill off the ich..Ok I'm done..Just thought it might be helpfull

It's good, but I still prefer The Textbook of Fish Diseases by Conroy and Herman.

I would advise the one that I suggested. It is really good. The author came to aquarium club and spoke on diseases last month.
