Okay, I looked in my tank today and one of the molly fry (5-6 months old) looked grotesque... Like a Freddy Kruger of my tank. It's scales had all kind of puffed out, almost like cauliflower ear... but scales.
I tried to take a picture but nothing showed up that would be of any help.
I just did a 50%
water change and put the sick fish into a breeder net.
My
API test kit is at home and I'm at school. I'll pick it up asap but I can't give you results.
Is this a fungus?
What I need to know is
a) what to do, meds? and
b) I don't have another tank available for isolation. Will this fish make my other fish sick if I leave it in the tank?
