What is his diet? I see you feed freeze-dried bloodworms - how often and how much? He might be constipated - If he is, you'll want to get a bag of frozen peas. I'd thaw one, peel it and feed his 3 pellet sized pieces in the morning and the evening, then fast him for a day or 2 and repeat the peas the following day.

Also, how old is he and what are the parameters in his tank?

If this is the one that is in a 1g jar, it may be that he is very unhappy and his body language is telling you so. You really shouldnt have a Betta in anything smaller than a 5g tank. The jar he is in now is way to small and I am sure he is very unhappy about being in there.

His diet is freeze dried blood worms most of the time with frozen shrimp as a treat and peas once a week. So he should not be constapated. whats a good food to put wheight on? Could he have an parasite?

About the jar its one I use to put my fry in when growing them out. Its just temperary and its more than 1g. I dont want to put him in the divided tank if he is sick.

Actually, freeze-dried bloodworms are a GREAT source of constipation in Bettas, especially if fed often and/or more than 4-6 per day (split into AM & PM feedings). We've gone to thawed frozen bloodworms for them.

So he gets freeze-dried bloodworms 5 days a week? How many per day and is it 1 feeding or more? With that much freeze-dried bloodworms, constipation seems even more likely.

My Males get fed once a day. Right now i dont think its food. If it was all my other fish would have the same problem. I also have frozen bloodworms that i feed some times. I also forgot to mention that i also give them pelits every other day..... So its not freezedried bloodworms every day.

Im thinking a parasite.

Bettas are more prone to constipation, but have you started treating him for parasites? Since they could cause the problem he's experiencing too and I couldn't rule them out. Does he poop white/clear poop?
