I feel terrible, I've been so caught up in my krib wigglers that I havn't paid as much attention to my wild kribs as I regualrily do... yesterday I noticed an ick infestation

the worst I've ever had before too! (I've always caught ick when there was only 2 or 3 spots and always gotten rid of it, no deaths) but this is bad. The only fish who were infected by it pretty bad were my male wild krib, a few spots on my female wild krib (she's always with him) and 2 or so spots on each my yoyo's. AHH I'm so scared, all the fish seem fine except my male wild krib... he's got lots of spots on his front fins and some on his head, he's not eating and he's breathing heavily. He's such a pretty little male now, I really don't want to lose him.
This is the action I've taken so far to help everyone, which is the same action that I have taken in the past:
Tank that is infected = 30g... temperature has been raised to 84, trying to get in past 90 but I might need to add another heater. I've done 2 gravel vacs (although I have sand) one yesterday one today. I've added 2 tablespons of salt, one today one yesterday. I also did a 75%
water change yesterday.
I usually just keep this process up till it goes away... I'm just worried tho because never before have my fish suffered like the male is now. All my previous ick attacks the fish acted no different.
Do you think it's too late for my beautiful male krib? I think if I can at least stop the spread and get him back to eating and breathing normaly, that I can eventually fight off every last spot.... I just his strength to help me
Allie I feel your pain, I'm praying for our little males
