Hi Kabir

We understand. You must be in a right panic. It's awful when it's all the fish.

OK, let's start by getting some information off you, and that way we'll be more able to help you.
  1. how long have you had the fish
  2. how big is the tank
  3. what are your nitrate, nitrite and ammonia
  4. what species of fish are there in your tank
  5. how many fish are there in your tank
  6. what is your tank's temperature
  7. what meds have you been using
  8. how often do you vaccum the substrate or do water changes
  9. did you add anything new to the tank, like a decoration?
That should put us in the right direction.

welcome to fishlore.. it does sounds like fungus and probably bacterial infection is happening too. At the moment, I would say Triple Sulfa and Rid-Fungus after a 50% water change.. but first I'd want to read the answers to armadillo's questions.

Thanks Armadillo & Cobettacouple for your response!

Its a 25 gl new tank and I've had if for 2 weeks I guess. These are the fishes I currently Have in it:

A Betta, 5 Gold Fish, 1 Kisser, 3 Small Angels, 5 Catfish, An Iridescent Shark (Big One), A Loach, 4 White Shark (Thats what I call Them)..

Fishes at Died in last couple of days : 3 Loaches, An Iridescent Shark (Big One), 5 Gold Fish Including a pair of Shubunkin, One Small White Shark, Two Angel Fish, One Kissing Gourami, One Big Pleco.... thats all i can remember.

I've managed to transfer couple of angels, a pair of Black Widow, a pair of guppy and Two Pair of Gold Fish to my 50 gl new tank. Thankfully they are fine till now.

My 25 gl tank's temperature is 82 F. I've been using Super Ich and Aqua Fungus (Not Quite Sure of the Name. The Pet Store Salesman gave it to me for Treating Fungus. Its made in Thailand)

Since I have been using the medicene, I don't prefer touching the water for cleaning purpose, however I've vaccumed the substrate once two days back but not so thoroughly as i don't want to stress the fishes. Besides, I don't want to touch the water as it has malachite green in it.

Yes I did add a decoration (Artificial Plant) that i bought from the pet store but my fishes were dying before than that.

As far as nitrate, nitrite and ammonia is concerned, i don't have any info. on that because i can't find a test kit in my locality. I talked to the fish vendor but they say that its not important. They gave me this reason when i asked why its not important: " We have been into Fish business For Couple of years and we never need a test kit!"

I hate to say it, but that tank is severely overstocked, uncycled, and that left the fish unable to defend themselves against infection.
You're going to want to do massive water changes to bring your toxin levels down.
Do them immediately before medication each day.
If you live in America, you can get an API Master Test Kit from drsfostersmith.com (I'm too lazy to pull up the link right now, I'm sure someone else will do it)

Also, I would suggest not taking any advice from that fish place ever again. The last quote you posted (on top of them not telling you that your setup wouldn't work), cinches it for me.

For the time being, we should work on saving as many of your fish as possible, then work on sorting out which of your fish should go where, with one exception, if the "Kisser" you have listed is a kissing guorami, get it out of the betta's tank immediately. Bettas despise all other fish that have labyrinth organs, and once he has enough energy, he will pummel the thing to death.

Lastly, where do you live? Maybe someone around here can get you the name of a fish store that has a better selection of fish and a more learned staff.

Hmmm... Nepal's going to be a bit more difficult. I don't think we've got a lot of members around there. I would try to find an online place that can deliver a test kit for you.

Keep us updated and we'll keep helping.

I believe you can get the API kit there along with other supplies. Neville and other members in your area can help you out with finding good sources for fish supplies.

i'd do the water changes and use the meds to try to help them.. and if possible, find a 2nd tank to split the population and reduce the overstocked status of your tank.

From the sound of it, 3rd tank. I think I heard mention of a 50g in there, too.
Not that I'm disagreeing. Another tank is a great idea, and, in the end, will save far more fish than what I've suggested so far.
I must admit that what I posted last night was pretty defeatest, expecting several of the fish to die and therefore making room for those still living. I must have been pretty out of it, or in a bad mood. Sorry.

And I didn't realize we had any members near there. That's great.
