One of my guppies had two pimple looking bumps on his tail (they look soft and fluid filled). Hes had them since I got him but now the are bigger. What do you guys think it is? Should I be worried? He is acting normal as a guppy can be, hyper and hungry.

Hmm let me see if I can get him to sit still for a shot.

Here are the best pics I could get. I don't think its ick. The symptoms don't fit and the bumps aren't white. If it was ick I think my fish would have been long gone by now since hes had it since I purchased him back in June.

i wouldn't worry about them, just watch for if they ever grow any. they could stay like that the rest of his life and never be a problem, most likely.
