One of my new tiger barbs just died and before he died he was twiching around on his side,anyone know why?

do you have the water chemistry numbers, along with temp and any other info about him and how he looks, what his behavior was like lately, etc.? are any other fish acting odd? it could be internal parasites but that's a real guess at this point.

Other fish are acting fine,temp is 78,tank is 5 days old,he just started twiching and then stoped breathing and floated to the top.He has been in the tank for 2 days
