Looks like everything is going great! A nice water change will get those nitrates down to a more suitable level, but other than that it seems your cycle is right on track. Congrats!

I didn't think I wanted to do a water change until the end of the cycling ?

I'm not sure if you had another thread going and I missed it or not but how are you cycling the tank? If it is with fish you need to do water changes to keep levels low for the sake of the fish. If fishless you don't need to do a water change until the end of the cycle when it is time to add fish. Either way four days is very quick to cycle a tank so don't get your hopes up just yet. (Unless like I said there is more to it then I don't know, like seeded media or TSS)

Tank was set up on Feb 5.
I don't have real params until the 11th (day 6) because that's when I got my test kit.
Cycling is fishless, using ammonia.
Today is the 15th, so day 10.

It's a 6-gallon tank.

I wouldn't change anything for 30 days. Let the cycle run.
