Water change question

I'm currently doing 25% water changes once a week due to the amount of fish I have. Also a light vaccuming of the gravel. Is this enough or should I be doing more or less. I know it's probably overcrowed but I am keeping on top of thing's so all the fish are happy.

Well actually I do between 5 and 6 gallon each time. Tank is crystal clear now. So it all seem's to be going good.

Took me a few tries before I got the gravel cleaning down good. Now I'm disappointed if I don't find much. I always give the gravel a good going over as either way, you are sucking up water, you might as well suck up some extra waste.
