What kind of fish would do good with 3 platys and 3 guppies in a 16 gallon tank?

Wouldnt neons make the tank over stocked? cuz they school so I'd need like 4? or 5?

I'd get 6 kuhli loaches. That would put you at 18" of fish in a 16 gallon, but they are all small fish and the kuhli's are at a different level than the rest so I think it would be perfect. Kuhli's are also great bottom feeders, not to mention cute.

I would do 4-5 cories...IMO kuhli's dont have enough buttom space to roam in a 16g..even if there "inch per gallon" would be fine....swim area might not...
