Is it possible?

Hi Everyone, I have noticed that my angel fish has 3 spots on his rear fin. They seem to look like ICH! I don't know how this is possible because I do a WC weekly with Prime (about 10-15%) and have changed my carbon every month in my filter. I keep the temp at 81 deg, I guess raise the temp up to 85 just to make sure? Maybe it's not Ich but I really have no clue how my fish got this because he has been in the tank for about 5 months now. All of my water parameters are fine as well. I like to think that my fish are getting the best treatment and I doing anything wrong?

Hello Wolf. Something else that triggers ICH besides sudden temperature changes is stress. Here is a link you may find interesting if you have seen it:

Best wishes!

I believe that Ich generally looks as if the entire fish has been sprinkled with salt, rather than just 3 places. It could possibly be a fungus, but without a photo it's really hard to diagnose.
