Top Fin bacterial supplement?

Hi, I just started a 10g tank and I was wondering if people have had success with this product? Ive already added fish so I need a bacterial supplement to speed up my cycle and this is all that was available at my LFS .

Welcome to FishLore
I wouldn't bother with the Top Fin stuff or really most other bacterial suppliments. Most of them contain bacteria that die off quickly and won't cycle your tank.
If you were try anything, many members have had luck with TetraSafeStart.
Best of luck!

It's pretty hard to get. I drove a 2 hour round trip to get it.
Maybe you could order it on line. Just keep your eye on your watwer parameters until it gets here.

See if you can get in touch with the manufacturer to find out exactly what bacteria is in there?

I've had great results with Tetra Safe Start with both my cycled tanks. I'm currently cycling a 55 gal using it and everything is going good so far. If your like me and aren't patient enough to do a fishless cycle, and aren't a big fan of daily 50% water changes, than TSS is the way to go. I believe it's readily available online.
