Tank leaking

Might just be my eyes playing tricks on me but I think my tank is slowly leaking. My desk was very wet this morning when i woke up and the water level looked a bit lower than the night before. The only probelm is, I dont know where the leak is coming from. Whats the best way to find a leak because I cant find one anywhere!

make sure its not coming out of any hoses...whether from filters or air stones etc...ruling out those things first, sometimes is one of the issues....

the tank has a lid on it and the filter system is all inside the lid so if it was from that I would be able to see it dripping

When you go to bed tonight or when ever you can wrap your tank with paper towels then the paper towels will get wet and show you where the leak is

Sometimes if you fill your tank a little too much, water will leak out around the top rim. My Eclipse 12 in particular will do this. If the tank is leaking, the level will only drop to where the leak is, so that would be one way to find it.
